The Classic Yangtse River Dish-Crispy Roast Duck
The ducks must be reserved in advance as they are freshly grilled just before serving. The duck skin is brushed multiple times with maltose and grilled till crispy and golden brown. It is served with Chinese-style pancakes. This dish is served to all our VIPs so they can enjoy crispy roast duck that has been grilled to perfection.
